• Total Price (Including Delivery): We match the total price of the item as delivered, which includes delivery charges for a similar service.
• GBP Prices: The price being matched must be listed in GBP.

What We Will Not Match:

• Overseas Businesses: We do not match prices from businesses based outside of the United Kingdom.
• In-Store or Mail Order Prices: We do not match prices from physical stores, mail order, or any non-online sales channels.
• Marketplace Prices: Prices on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, etc., are excluded from our Price Match Promise.

• Wholesalers or Manufacturers: We reserve the right not to match prices on items being sold directly to the public by wholesalers or manufacturers.
• Excessive Loss: We reserve the right to refuse any Price Match Promise claim that would result in us selling at a loss exceeding 5%.
• Currency Conversions: Prices in currencies other than GBP or those converted to GBP from another currency are not eligible.

• Only one Price Match Promise claim per customer/household per item is permitted.
• Price Match Promise coupon codes may not be used in combination with any other coupon code or discount.
