Step 3 – Return Instructions
- UK customers will normally be issued with a prepaid return label.
- The cost of the label will be confirmed before it is issued.
- If you prefer to use your own carrier, please let us know when requesting your return.

Step 4 – Pack Your Return
- Reuse the original mailing carton where possible, or another sturdy cardboard box.
- Include all accessories, packaging and documentation.
- Remove or fully cover any previous shipping labels.
- Pack the goods securely using sufficient protective material to prevent movement, crushing and impact damage during transit.
Step 5 – Send Your Return
You remain responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and for packaging them suitably for return.
- Attach the supplied prepaid return label if using our return service.
- If using your own carrier, obtain proof of postage and retain any tracking information.
- International returns should be marked Returned Goods where appropriate.

- For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, any refund due will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we agree that you are entitled to the refund.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds after we have processed the refund.
Full Returns Guarantee
1. Consumer Returns
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we voluntarily offer our 30-Day Returns Guarantee on eligible goods.
Once a return has been requested or a statutory cancellation has been exercised, goods should be returned without undue delay and within the applicable return period.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect goods to the extent that you would reasonably be able to in a retail shop.
Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and this results in a reduction in value, we may reduce the refund where permitted by law.
Examples may include:
- Damage to the model, including broken mirrors, antennas, spoilers, wheels or other delicate components.
- Removing the model from its factory fixings or display base where this causes damage or unnecessary wear.
- Damage to an acrylic display case, plinth, window box, presentation box or other collector packaging.
- Missing parts, accessories, certificates, documentation or fixings.
- Broken seals where opening was not reasonably necessary for inspection.
- Modification, assembly, use or handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.
Collector packaging forms part of the value of many items and should therefore be handled with care and returned complete.
2. Return Costs
UK customers will normally be issued with a prepaid return label.
The cost of the prepaid label will be confirmed before it is issued. If you do not wish to use our prepaid return label, you may instead use another suitable carrier at your own expense.
Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs where appropriate.
International customers remain responsible for return costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
3. Returning Goods Using Your Own Carrier
Goods must be packed with suitable outer packaging and sufficient internal protection for the size, weight and fragility of the contents. Returning an item in its retail or collector packaging alone will not normally provide adequate transit protection.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for your chosen carrier.
- We recommend using a fully tracked service with appropriate compensation.
- Please retain proof of postage and tracking.
- Where a parcel is lost or damaged after being handed to your chosen carrier, any claim will normally need to be made directly with that carrier.
- Where inadequate return packaging causes damage or reduces the value of the goods, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
4. International Returns
- Please comply with all applicable customs requirements.
- Where appropriate, parcels should be marked Returned Goods.
- We are not responsible for customs charges arising from incorrectly declared returns.
5. Delivery Charges
Nothing in our 30-Day Returns Guarantee affects your statutory cancellation rights.
For most online consumer purchases, the statutory cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You should notify us within that period if you wish to exercise this right.
- Where a consumer exercises their statutory cancellation rights within the 14-day statutory cancellation period, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.
- Any additional amount paid for premium or expedited delivery is non-refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
- Returns accepted under our voluntary 30-Day Returns Guarantee after the statutory cancellation period do not include a refund of the original delivery charge.
- Original delivery charges are not normally refunded where only part of an order is returned.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Within 30 days, you may be entitled to reject the goods for a full refund.
- After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or other remedy provided by law.
Please contact us before arranging your own return wherever possible.
7. Delivery Issues
Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if there is a delivery issue.
Where practical, we recommend reporting any delivery issue within 7 days. This recommendation does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Business Customers
Where goods are purchased in the course of business, including approved trade account purchases:
- Consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
- Returns are accepted only where goods are faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied unless otherwise agreed.
- Any discretionary return may be subject to a reasonable restocking charge.
- Return costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
Final Note
Nothing in this Returns Guarantee limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team before returning your goods.
