Price Match Promise

At Diecast Model Centre, we are committed to offering you the best possible value. While we believe our prices are among the best you'll find, we offer a Price Match Promise just in case you discover your desired item at a lower price elsewhere. If you do, we'll match - or even better - that price, subject to the conditions outlined below.

What We Will Match:

  • Customers in the UK: Our Price Match Promise is available exclusively to customers with a United Kingdom billing and delivery address (excluding IOM, and the Channel Islands).
  • UK-Based Businesses: We will match prices from genuine United Kingdom-based businesses only.
  • Current Online Prices: We match against current online prices listed on the business's own website.
  • Like-for-Like Items: The item must be identical, including the manufacturer, scale, description, colour, and condition, to the one listed on our website.
  • Total Price (Including Delivery): We match the total price of the item as delivered, which includes delivery charges for a similar service.
  • GBP Prices: The price being matched must be listed in GBP.

What We Will Not Match:

  • Overseas Businesses: We do not match prices from businesses based outside of the United Kingdom.
  • In-Store or Mail Order Prices: We do not match prices from physical stores, mail order, or any non-online sales channels.
  • Marketplace Prices: Prices on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, etc., are excluded from our Price Match Promise.
  • Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order Items: We do not match prices on items that are out of stock, non-UK stock, ordered on request, or pre-orders either on our website or on the competitors.
  • Conditional Offers: Prices subject to special conditions, such as newsletter sign-ups or memberships, will not be matched.
  • Sales, Liquidation or Clearance: We do not match sale prices, items sold as part of liquidation or clearance, or those being sold at a loss by the seller.
  • Wholesalers or Manufacturers: We reserve the right not to match prices on items being sold directly to the public by wholesalers or manufacturers.
  • Excessive Loss: We reserve the right to refuse any Price Match Promise claim that would result in us selling at a loss exceeding 5%.
  • Currency Conversions: Prices in currencies other than GBP or those converted to GBP from another currency are not eligible.

Additional Terms:

  • Only one Price Match Promise claim per customer/household per item is permitted.
  • Price Match Promise coupon codes may not be used in combination with any other coupon code or discount.
  • Price Match Promise coupon codes may not be shared or otherwise distributed.
  • Price Match Promise coupon codes are valid for one day and cannot be renewed once expired.
