Step 2: We review your request

  • We aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours
  • If approved, we will send you a Price Match code

Step 3: Complete your purchase

  • Use your code at checkout
  • Codes are valid for 24 hours and are single use

Full Price Match Terms

1. Eligibility

Our Price Match Promise is available where:

  • You have a UK billing and delivery address, excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands
  • The competitor is a genuine UK-based business
  • The item is listed on the competitor’s own website

2. Like-for-Like Requirement

The item must be identical in all respects, including:

  • Manufacturer
  • Scale
  • Model and description
  • Colour or livery
  • Condition, new and unopened

3. Pricing Basis

We match the total delivered price, including:

  • Item price
  • Standard delivery charges for a comparable service

The competitor price must:

  • Be currently available at the time of request
  • Be listed in GBP
  • Be for an item in stock and available for immediate purchase

4. What We Do Not Match

We do not match:

  • Prices requested after an order has been placed
  • Overseas retailers or non-UK businesses
  • Marketplace listings, including eBay, Amazon, etc.
  • In-store, mail order, or non-online pricing
  • Out-of-stock, backorder, or pre-order items
  • Limited, high-demand, or restricted availability items
  • Prices requiring:
    • Memberships
    • Subscriptions
    • Newsletter sign-ups
  • Clearance, liquidation, or loss-leading sales
  • Pricing errors or unusually low prices
  • Prices offered directly by wholesalers or manufacturers

5. Fair Use and Commercial Protection

To ensure fairness and protect stock availability:

  • Only one Price Match claim per customer or household per item is permitted
  • Price Match cannot be combined with any:
    • Discount codes
    • Promotions
    • Offers
  • We reserve the right to decline requests where:
    • The price is significantly below market value
    • The request would result in an unsustainable loss
    • There is reasonable evidence of bulk, trade, or resale purchasing

6. Bulk Orders and Order Classification

Price Match is intended for individual consumer purchases.

Where there is reasonable evidence of business or trade activity, including:

  • Large quantities of the same item
  • Repeated purchasing patterns
  • Requests for bulk supply

We may:

  • Decline the price match
  • Limit quantities
  • Apply alternative terms

7. Price Match Codes

  • Codes are single use and valid for 24 hours
  • Codes must not be shared or distributed
  • Expired codes cannot be reissued

8. General

  • All Price Match decisions are made at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a Price Match where necessary to protect stock, pricing integrity, or fair use
