Payment

We accept the following payment methods online and by phone:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club)
• PayPal
• Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Instalments)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Bank transfer

All payments are processed securely in accordance with Level 1 PCI DSS and PSD2 requirements.

Card transactions will appear on your statement as SP * DIECAST MODEL CTR.

For in-stock items, payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order.

For pre-orders, only a deposit is taken at checkout. The remaining balance will be collected when the item is ready for despatch. We will notify you in advance before taking the final payment.

When paying by bank transfer, your order will be reserved but will not be processed or despatched until cleared funds have been received. Payment details are provided at checkout.

We do not accept cheques, postal orders, or money transfer services.

VAT & Taxes

We are VAT registered in the United Kingdom (VAT number: GB 371 1032 42).

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current UK rate for customers within the United Kingdom. For orders to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable.

A VAT invoice is available to download from the link provided in your order confirmation email.
