European Delivery Rates
European Union countries, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery charges for Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
Where applicable, eligible EU orders are shipped using the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. Larger orders may occasionally be sent on a DAP/DDU basis where import charges become payable before delivery.
Not all products are suitable for shipping to every destination due to carrier restrictions, parcel size, fragility or shipping regulations.
Large, fragile, oversized or high-value orders may occasionally be refused and refunded if we are unable to ship them safely within carrier requirements.
