UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Please Note:

• Deliveries to Northern Ireland must be to a private individual at a residential address.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or virtual address services such as AddressPal.
• If your order contains a mix of items available for same-day despatch and items from our satellite warehouse, each category will have its own shipping charge.

UK Despatch Timescales:

• Orders received by 2 p.m. Monday-Friday are despatched the same-day
• Items from our satellite warehouse are usually despatched in 2-5 business days (as indicated on product pages)

UK Delivery Timescales:

• Delivery times shown are estimates in business days based on carrier information
• All deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take an extra day or more, particularly in bad weather

UK Safeplace Deliveries and Missed Deliveries:

If you have registered a safeplace with Royal Mail, parcels will be delivered to this location when you're not available.

Deliveries to pre-registered safeplaces are considered successful deliveries - We cannot accept claims for parcels that go missing after being delivered to your designated safeplace.

If you haven't registered a safeplace, you can arrange alternative delivery options via the tracking link in the carrier's despatch confirmation email or SMS.

Without alternative arrangements, the carrier may attempt delivery the next business day or leave it in a location they deem safe. This could be anywhere on your property or a publicly visible location such as in a waste/recycling bin or outside your front door.
