Please Note:
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland must be to a private individual at a residential only address.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or virtual address services such as AddressPal.

UK Safeplace Deliveries and Missed Deliveries:
If you have registered a safeplace with Royal Mail, parcels will be delivered to this location when you're not available.
Deliveries to pre-registered safeplaces are considered successful deliveries - We cannot accept claims for parcels that go missing after being delivered to your designated safeplace.
If you haven't registered a safeplace, you can arrange alternative delivery options via the tracking link in the carrier's despatch confirmation email or SMS.
Without alternative instructions, the carrier may attempt delivery again on the next working day or leave the parcel in a location they consider safe. This could be somewhere on your property, or in a visible place such as a bin or by your front door. To avoid this, please keep an eye on your tracking and add delivery instructions directly with the carrier if you know no one will be available to receive the parcel.
