DELIVERY INFO

Delivery estimates are based on when items are ready for despatch. If you want to know when a product will be despatched, please check the individual product page. If you order more than one item, we'll despatch them in one parcel when they're all ready.

Evri and DPD may not be available to Highlands and Islands, and in such instances, will be substituted with Royal Mail services.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times shown are estimates in business days based on the carrier's information. Therefore, the delivery may take longer than expected, particularly during busy periods or in exceptional circumstances.

All deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may take an extra day or more, particularly in bad weather conditions.

Please ensure that you provide the correct recipient name and full postal address; we cannot accept any liability for delays or non-delivery due to errors in the information you provided.

If you are not in to receive your parcel

If you know you will not be in to receive your parcel, you can arrange for alternative delivery options. Click the tracking link in the carrier's despatch confirmation email or SMS to change your delivery, i.e., a different day or safe place.

If you are not in to receive your parcel and have not made alternative delivery options, the carrier may either attempt to deliver your parcel on the next business day or leave it where they deem to be a safe place. BEWARE: This could be anywhere on your property or a publicly visable location such as in a waste/recycling bin or outside your front door; carriers consider this to be a successful delivery and we can not accept responsibility if parcels go missing from these locations. 


International Shipping

We are currently not shipping to overseas addresses.

At our discretion, we may substitute deliveries with an alternative carrier providing an equivalent or enhanced service.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within the specified timescale. Still, we cannot guarantee that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. In addition, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

By requesting delivery, you will agree that the carrier has the right to go onto the delivery address property and, if no one is available to receive your parcel, to leave it in any unlocked location at that address. They will attempt to ensure that any such place is dry and out of general sight.
