International Delivery

International delivery is available to many destinations, but we are unable to ship to every country.

Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on the delivery country, order value, parcel weight and product details.

If no delivery option is available for your selected country at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to that destination.

International orders are usually shipped using DHL or FedEx. The available delivery services and prices will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

All international delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier handling and local delivery conditions.


International Duties, Taxes and Customs

For international orders, applicable duties, taxes and import charges may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Where duties and taxes are shown at checkout, these charges form part of the total amount payable before you place your order.

In some cases, additional information may be required by the carrier or customs authority before delivery can be completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details to help avoid customs or delivery delays.

Customs rules, import requirements and delivery procedures vary by destination country and may change without notice.


International Product and Shipping Restrictions

Not all products are suitable for shipping to every destination. Some items may be restricted due to parcel size, weight, fragility, value, destination rules or carrier requirements.

If a product cannot be shipped to your selected destination, or if no suitable delivery service is available, a delivery option may not be shown at checkout.

Large orders, high-value orders, fragile items or oversized products may occasionally be refused and refunded if we are unable to ship them safely or within the carrier’s regulations and requirements.

International orders cannot usually be delivered to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders or similar third-party collection points unless the checkout specifically allows this option.


Important Delivery Information

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide the correct recipient name, full postal address, email address and telephone number at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs issues or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Safeplace Deliveries and Missed Deliveries

Delivery is considered complete when the parcel is delivered to the address provided, or in accordance with delivery instructions given to the carrier.

If you have registered a safeplace or delivery preference with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx or another carrier, your parcel may be delivered to that location when you are not available.

Deliveries made to a customer-designated safeplace are treated as successful deliveries.

If you have not registered a safeplace, you may be able to arrange alternative delivery options using the tracking link in the carrier’s despatch confirmation email or SMS.

Without alternative instructions, the carrier may attempt delivery again, deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a location they consider appropriate, or direct the parcel to a local collection point, subject to the carrier’s own delivery procedures.

To help avoid delivery issues, please monitor your tracking and provide delivery instructions directly with the carrier if no one will be available.


Missing Items or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order is delivered but something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

We recommend reporting missing items within 7 days of delivery, as this helps us resolve matters quickly with the delivery provider.

Please include your order number and photos of:

  • The outer packaging, including any damage
  • The shipping label
  • Packing slip
  • Everything that arrived in the parcel

Claims reported later may be more difficult to investigate.


Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting damage within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly.

Please keep the packaging and provide photos where requested.


Delivery Terms

We are responsible for delivering your order until it is delivered to the address provided or delivered in accordance with your instructions.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Delays

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, including out-of-pocket expenses, lost time, or missed events.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not delivered.


Alternative Carriers

We may substitute deliveries with an alternative carrier at our discretion, provided the service is equivalent or enhanced.


Access to Delivery Address

By placing an order for delivery, you agree that the carrier may access the delivery address property for the purpose of completing delivery.

Where no one is available, the carrier may follow your delivery preferences or leave the parcel in a location they consider appropriate, subject to the carrier’s own delivery procedures.
