We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Hermes for the delivery of our Standard delivery parcels with immediate effect.

This is not a decision that we have taken lightly, having used Royal Mail since 2005, and careful consideration has been given in respect of maintaining our high service expectations. Based on our experiences with Hermes over the last year, we feel that they are in a position not only to maintain but to improve on the delivery service that we are able to provide to our customers.

The benefits to our customers include:

  • Reduced delivery prices
  • Full tracking of all items
  • Retrieve tracking information by website, app, Alexa, or Google Assistant
  • Delivery within 2-5 days
  • More delivery options, such as with neighbours, safe-places, redeliveries
  • Delivery at more times including evenings and Sunday's

For the time being, we shall still be using Royal Mail Special Delivery for our Next Day delivery service which will guarantee that parcels are delivered before 4pm on the next business day.
