Recreate one of the most distinctive Volkswagen R models of recent years with this Volkswagen Golf Mk8 R 333 Limited Edition Lime Yellow Metallic 2023 1:18 Scale Resin Model Car by OttOmobile. Produced as OttOmobile reference OT1407, this limited-production model captures the striking appearance of the rare Golf VIII R 333, combining its exclusive Lime Yellow Metallic paintwork with contrasting black details and unmistakable Volkswagen R styling. OttOmobile has limited the 1:18 scale model to just 999 examples.
Introduced in 2023, the Volkswagen Golf R 333 Limited Edition was based on the Mk8 Golf R Performance and restricted to only 333 full-size cars. Its turbocharged 2.0-litre engine produced 333 PS (245 kW), while 4MOTION all-wheel drive, R-Performance Torque Vectoring and a seven-speed DSG transmission helped deliver its high-performance character. The R 333 could accelerate from 0–100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and had a top speed of 270 km/h.
The R 333 was instantly recognisable through its exclusive Lime Yellow Metallic finish, contrasting black roof and exterior accents, distinctive 333 side graphics and 19-inch Estoril alloy wheels. About the Volkswagen Golf R 333 Limited Edition
Volkswagen unveiled the Golf R 333 Limited Edition in 2023 as an exclusive development of the Golf Mk8 R Performance. The name reflected both its 333 PS output and its strictly limited production run of just 333 full-size cars. Power came from Volkswagen's 2.0-litre turbocharged engine and was delivered through a seven-speed DSG transmission and 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system.
The specification went considerably further than the distinctive paintwork. R-Performance Torque Vectoring could distribute power between the front and rear axles and individually between the rear wheels, while the R-Performance package included additional driving profiles. A titanium Akrapovič exhaust system, 19-inch Estoril alloy wheels and semi-slick tyres reinforced its performance-focused specification.
