What We Will Match:
- Customers in the UK: Our Price Match Promise is available exclusively to customers with a United Kingdom billing and delivery address (excluding IOM, and the Channel Islands).
- UK-Based Businesses: We will match prices from genuine United Kingdom-based businesses only.
- Current Online Prices: We match against current online prices listed on the business's own website at the time of your order.
- Like-for-Like Items: The item must be identical, including the manufacturer, scale, description, colour, and condition, to the one listed on our website.
- Total Price (Including Delivery): We match the total price of the item as delivered, which includes delivery charges for a similar service.
- In-Stock Items: Competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- GBP Prices: The price being matched must be listed in GBP.
What We Will Not Match:
- Post-Purchase Requests: We do not match prices discovered after your order has been placed.
- Overseas Businesses: We do not match prices from businesses based outside of the United Kingdom.
- In-Store or Mail Order Prices: We do not match prices from physical stores, mail order, or any non-online sales channels.

When will my order arrive?
For in stock (non pre-order) orders:
- If you've selected Standard delivery, we estimate that your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
- If you've selected Express delivery, we estimate that your order will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email (or SMS if you opted for this instead) confirming your order is despatched just as soon as it's on its way to you. This will include a tracking reference, clicking on it will display the most recent status of your order on the delivery provider's website.
If you have opted to open an account with us, you can also check your order status from there.
