General Offer Terms & Conditions

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Diecast Model Centre Ltd. “Website” refers to https://diecastmodelcentre.co.uk/.

  • Promotional codes must be entered in the discount code box at checkout to be applied.
  • Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as issued.
  • Codes must be used before the stated expiry date and time, where applicable.
  • Unless stated otherwise, discounts do not apply to sale items, pre-orders, gift cards, trade orders, or previous orders.
  • Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including automatic promotions, pre-order discounts, free delivery codes, or additional discount codes.
  • Minimum spend requirements apply after any excluded items, discounts, returns, cancellations, or refunds have been taken into account.
  • Delivery charges do not count towards minimum spend requirements unless stated otherwise.
  • Free delivery promotions are subject to the minimum spend requirements, destination availability, carrier availability, and service limitations specified with the offer.
  • Offers are intended for personal use only and may be limited to one use per customer, household, email address, payment method, or delivery address.
  • Promotional codes:
    • are non-transferable and may only be used by the intended recipient;
    • must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly;
    • must not be sold or exchanged for value;
    • cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
    • have no cash alternative.
  • Where an order is cancelled, returned, partially refunded, or amended so that it no longer meets the promotion requirements, the discount may be reduced, removed, or taken into account when calculating any refund due.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
    • refuse or cancel the use of any code where misuse, unauthorised distribution, technical error, or fraud is suspected;
    • cancel orders where a promotional code has been used in breach of these terms;
    • amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Weekend Offer – Additional Terms

  • Offer valid until Sunday 12 July 2026 at 23:59, unless withdrawn earlier.
  • Use code WEEKEND5 to receive £5 off orders of £60.00 or more.
  • Minimum spend excludes delivery charges, gift cards, sale items, pre-orders, trade orders, and any other excluded items.
  • Limited to one use per customer.
  • This offer cannot be used with any other discount code, automatic discount, pre-order offer, or free delivery code.

Newsletter New Subscriber Offer – Additional Terms

  • This offer is available to new subscribers who sign up via the form on our website.
  • The discount code will be issued either immediately on-screen, by email, or by SMS where a valid UK mobile number is provided.
  • Codes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue, unless stated otherwise.
  • Limited to one use per customer.
  • Customers who unsubscribe and resubscribe, or who have previously received a new subscriber offer, are not eligible.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or withdraw the offer where eligibility requirements are not met.
