Non-stock Orders

A non-stock order is an order for a product that is not in stock, but can be obtained from our suppliers. When you place your order with us, we'll in turn, order it from our suppliers.
 

How non-stock orders work:

• Select the item you want to pre-order by clicking on the pre-order button - a separate checkout must be completed for each item.
• Complete your order in the checkout, no payment is needed at this stage, but we do ask for your debit/credit card or PayPal details.
• We'll confirm by email that we have received your order - please add diecastmodelcentre@email.preproduct.io to your safe sender/whitelist to ensure you receive emails regarding your order.
• If, for any reason, we are unable to supply the item you have ordered, we will notify you of this within 1 business day.
• As soon as your item arrives in stock, we'll email you to confirm that in 24 hours we will collect full payment from your chosen payment method.
• We'll despatch your item once we have collected the full payment.
• Where more than one item arrives in stock simultaneously, we will combine their despatch and refund any overpaid delivery charges.

PLEASE BE AWARE: All products are listed in good faith that they are available from our suppliers, but this can change without prior notification.

Non-stock order Terms:

• All descriptions, specifications and images used on non-stock items are provisional, and the actual product may vary from that quoted.
• Payment details of a debit/credit card or PayPal are required at the time of placing your pre-order
• When a non-stock item arrives in stock, we will give you 24 hours' notice to collect the payment from your chosen payment method.
• Where we cannot collect payment due on your order, we will hold the items for you for five days, pending an alternative payment.
• If we are not able to collect payment due on your order after five days have expired since our first attempt, we will cancel your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer and for any reason, including the non-payment of previous orders.
