Changes to our delivery services
We are excited to announce that, starting from the 2nd January 2024, we will be changing our main delivery service provider from Evri (formerly Hermes) to Royal Mail. As we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, we have spent a considerable amount of time researching and analysing various delivery options, and we believe that Royal Mail offers the best all-around service in terms of speed, reliability, and delivery options.

With Royal Mail, you can enjoy a wide range of delivery options, including drop-off with neighbours, local Royal Mail delivery offices, or a Post Office, making it more convenient for you to receive your parcels. Additionally, Royal Mail's tracking system with email and/or SMS updates will keep you updated on the whereabouts of your parcel, providing you with peace of mind and allowing you to plan for the delivery's arrival.

We understand that delivery charges can be a concern for many online shoppers, and we have worked hard to keep our rates fair and transparent. We are pleased to announce that our standard delivery rate will remain unchanged, and our express rate will be reduced by 75p, which means you will be able to enjoy faster delivery at a more affordable rate. However, please note that Next Business Day delivery prices will increase due to the higher cost involved. Moreover, our threshold for free Standard delivery will rise from £75 to £100, meaning that you will need to spend £100 or more to qualify for free delivery from the n=beginning of next year.
