UK Delivery Information

International Delivery
We currently offer selected international delivery to the following destinations:

We do not currently ship to any other countries, including the USA and Canada.
European Delivery
European Union countries, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery charges are based on the final order value after any discounts have been applied.
EU VAT, IOSS and Customs
For eligible European Union orders up to the IOSS threshold (€150, £135), we use the Import One Stop Shop where applicable. This allows VAT to be collected at checkout and helps avoid additional VAT charges on delivery.
Where possible, larger EU orders may be split into separate consignments so that each shipment remains below the IOSS threshold.
If an order cannot be shipped within the IOSS requirements, it will be sent on a Delivered At Place basis, also commonly known as DAP or DDU. In these cases, local import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges may become payable before delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Worldwide Delivery
We currently offer selected worldwide delivery to:
- Australia
- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- Singapore
Delivery charges for these destinations are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions and destination.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees charged in their country.
International Product and Shipping Restrictions
Not all products are suitable for shipping to every destination. Some items may be restricted due to parcel size, weight, fragility, value, destination rules or carrier requirements.
If a product cannot be shipped to your selected destination, a delivery option may not be available at checkout.
Large orders, high-value orders, fragile items or oversized products may occasionally be refused and refunded if we are unable to ship them safely or within the carrier’s regulations and requirements.
International orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Important Delivery Information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide the correct recipient name and full postal address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Safeplace Deliveries and Missed Deliveries
Delivery is considered complete when the parcel is delivered to the address provided, or in accordance with delivery instructions given to the carrier.
If you have registered a safeplace or delivery preference with Royal Mail or another carrier, your parcel may be delivered to that location when you are not available.
Deliveries made to a customer-designated safeplace are treated as successful deliveries.
If you have not registered a safeplace, you may be able to arrange alternative delivery options using the tracking link in the carrier’s despatch confirmation email or SMS.
Without alternative instructions, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave the parcel in a location they consider appropriate. To help avoid delivery issues, please monitor your tracking and provide delivery instructions directly with the carrier if no one will be available.
Missing Items or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order is delivered but something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
We recommend reporting missing items within 7 days of delivery, as this helps us resolve matters quickly with the delivery provider.
Please include your order number and photos of:
- The outer packaging, including any damage
- The shipping label
- Packing slip
- Everything that arrived in the parcel
Claims reported later may be more difficult to investigate.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend reporting damage within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Please keep the packaging and provide photos where requested.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering your order until it is delivered to the address provided or delivered in accordance with your instructions.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
Delays
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, including out-of-pocket expenses, lost time, or missed events.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not delivered.
Alternative Carriers
We may substitute deliveries with an alternative carrier at our discretion, provided the service is equivalent or enhanced.
Access to Delivery Address
By placing an order for delivery, you agree that the carrier may access the delivery address property for the purpose of completing delivery.
Where no one is available, the carrier may follow your delivery preferences or leave the parcel in a location they consider appropriate, subject to the carrier’s own delivery procedures.
