Your purchase can be sent directly to the recipient beautifully presented in your choice of eco-friendly paper wrap and we'll even include a gift tag handwritten with your own special message if required. And, when sending your gift directly to the recipient, we'll maintain the element of surprise by not including the gift details on the packing slip.
Our gift wrapping service isn't just for when sending gifts directly to recipients; if you'd prefer to hand them over in person, we can still offer the same wrapping options and simply send your purchases to you.
Eco-friendly materials used in our gift wrapping:
- Wrapping paper is manufactured from FSC Certified materials from sustainable sources and is biodegradable
- Jute twine manufactured from natural vegetable fibres
- Gift tags made from kraft paper
- Solvent-free glue dispensed from a plastic tube manufactured from 100% recycled materials
- Acid-free printing and writing inks
How to add gift wrapping to your order:
- On the product page look under 'Add an Accessory', look for the Gift Wrapping section
- Choose the wrap you would like from the dropdown selector
- Tick the box to add it to your order
- When in the Shopping Cart, please add any gift tag message in the Order Notes box
Ordering more than one item for delivery to the same address:
- Use the instructions above to add gift wrapping to the products that it is required for - you can mix wrapped and non-wrapped items in your order
- If gift tags are required, please reference the product SKU to the message in the Order Notes box
Ordering more than one item for delivery to multiple addresses:
- A separate order is required for each delivery address
Points to note:
- Gift wrapping may not be available on all products in our store - please see product pages for details
- On occasions, particularly at busy times of the year, gift wrapping may delay your order by an extra day - priority will be given to orders using Next Day delivery
- Gift tags are handwritten, so we can't reproduce emoji's, symbols etc.
- We won't reproduce messages that contain profanity or in our view that are deemed inappropriate, ie: hate language etc.
- Gift wrapping is personalisation and restrictions apply in our Refund Policy.
