Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are experiencing disruption and whilst we are despatching on a daily basis, we ask you to kindly allow extra time for deliveries during this difficult period.
Orders placed before 10pm are usually despatched the next working day (Mon's-Fri's).

* Orders for Express delivery are guaranteed for delivery before 9pm on the next working day (Mon's-Fri's) after day of despatch for most of the UK mainland. Exceptions apply to deliveries to Highlands and Islands and these may be found on the Royal Mail Website.
Delivery times shown are estimates in working days (Mon's-Sat's) based on the service providers information. On occasions, delivery may take longer than the estimated time, particularly during busy periods or in exceptional circumstances.
IF THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER IS TIME-CRITICAL, WE RECOMMEND CHOOSING 'EXPRESS' DELIVERY.
Deliveries within the UK are usually by Royal Mail, but we may also deliver by Collect+, Hermes or ParcelForce at our discretion.
All deliveries to Highlands and Islands may take an extra day or more, particularly in the event of bad weather conditions.
A signature may be required on delivery of your order.
If there is no one available to accept your parcel, it will be returned to the sorting office/depot to await your collection or redelivery instructions. If, after fifteen days your parcel hasn't been claimed, it will be returned to Diecast Model Centre.
International Shipping
We are experts at shipping overseas and currently ship to over 180 countries World-wide.
Overseas delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order - not the order value - and are calculated in the shopping cart. If you don't see your country listed in the country selector, then we regret, it is one of the few which we are unable to ship to. We currently do not ship to Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria and Somalia.
All overseas orders are despatched by Royal Mail International Signed For or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed where available and delivery of in-stock items will usually be within 7 working days to European addresses and from 5 days upwards to the rest of the World.
A signature may be required on delivery which may exclude delivery to certain PO Boxes.
If there is no one available to accept your parcel, it will be returned to the sorting office/depot to await your collection or redelivery instructions. If your parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to Diecast Model Centre but, could take several weeks to arrive back with us.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept orders from and/or despatch goods to customers in countries which are the subject of a UK trade embargo, nor to countries which are known to have high instances of online fraud.
Customs
Orders for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the final destination country. Any such charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. As Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for further information.
A sales receipt will be included with all parcels and for those being delivered outside of the EU, a true description of the contents of the parcel will be listed on the Customs form, for example, Scale Model GBP 24.99. Under no circumstances will we falsify any documentation.
Please be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
