You don't need us to tell you that these are very difficult and challenging times for all of us and the most important thing is keeping everyone safe and healthy. With that in mind, we have made a number of changes to the way we will operate until further notice.

Health & Safety

Most of the items we sell are either made in China or Bangladesh and take several weeks to reach the UK by which time, as experts say, any potential virus would have not survived on the models or packaging.

Once in the UK, goods are only handled by the box, not the model itself.

Our handling of stock and all materials used for packaging is done using best hygiene practices including regular hand washing and sanitising.

Unfortunately, we have not found a suitable product for sanitising our products without causing some form of damage but, if you wish for your items to be sanitised before despatch, we are happy to do that, just let us know and accept that some damage may occur.

We recommend leaving at least three days after your order arrives before handling your purchase as it will have been handled by many persons on its journey to you.

If you wish to sanitise the models box, please do so, but please be aware that some materials may cause damage and we can not accept responsibility for this.

Staffing

We are now operating our usual working hours but still on a sole person, owner operator basis.

Communication

As we are just operating with one member of staff, should you have a query, we would request you first check out our FAQ's and if your answer is not found there, to contact us by email or use our new live chat feature found at the bottom right of your screen.

Orders

Processing of orders is continuing as normal with all orders placed before 1pm being despatched the same day. However, delays beyond our control may still be experienced with the carrier.

Returns

 All returns received by us will be quarantined for at least 72 hours before being processed.
